Writer and personal friend Seja Brumley joins us again to discuss the transformative potential of embracing love over fear or force, illuminating how cultivating love within ourselves can be a catalyst for creating a more peaceful and harmonious world. Seja writes:
It is in our nature as humans to be angry at the atrocities, to want to wring our hands at the injustice we see in the world, to cry at the destruction. At times I don’t know how to live here with what is going on there. How do I do my part?
It is in ingrained in our human minds that love is weak. That earthly conditions only change through force, through separation and fear, through domination, through war. And in believing that, we have created that reality. And if we can create that belief of attainment of peace through war, growing to the collective, then we can equally create peace through love if we individually believe it, if we individually live it.
Truly I tell you, that is the way we can do our part - to love our lives, to not live in fear or judgement. Let us love our lives so much, love those around us so much, play and create beauty so fiercely, with all of the heart that you have, that it overflows in every way, to everyone and everything around you. Let love be the force that guides us to our service, to our activism, to creation of a new Earth.
Question
How can I personally embody and express love in my life to contribute towards creating a world guided by compassion and unity?
